There is a 30-day money-back return policy.

To be eligible for a money-back return:

It must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

Your product(s) must be in the exact condition that it was received; unused, with the certification and in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase will also be required upon the refund request.

If your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your product(s). Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
